Ticket #541 (Tuner - Tuner not recovering on rain fade.

Hi if I get a serious rain fade event the tuner does not recover when the rain resides
passes, I have to reboot the receiver or change channel.

if i'm recording a channel you can stop the recording but the receiver still thinks it is running when it is not.
the only way to recover from this is to reboot or power down the receiver.

i'm running a atemio 7600 receiver.
