    reactivate receiver from hibernation

    Titan can reactivate (wakeup) the receiver from a halt state (hibernation) (shutdown -h ) without using the remote control?

    E2 can do this with xml files timers but do not see how you do on Titan.

    TitanNit uses a similar function.

      if it has a menu power, but I see only go into standby or sleep or off and not of reactivation.

      you can set the menu setting for me to see?

        TitanNit now what you have is a timer switch channel or zap a timer recording, but not there is a reactivation of the system after hibernation.
        this would be an example of how it would timers.xml with a reactivation of the system. (Wednesday at 04:58 hours.)

        Code:
        <?xml version="1.0" ?>
        <timers>
        <timer timertype="wakeup" begin="1452052740" end="1452052741" repeated="127" afterevent="nothing" disabled="0" autosleepinstandbyonly="no" autosleepdelay="60" autosleeprepeat="once" autosleepwindow="no" autosleepbegin="1451997480" autosleepend="1451997540" nettraffic="no" trafficlimit="100" netip="no" ipadress="0.0.0.0">
        <log code="15" time="1451997450">time changed, start prepare is now: Wed Jan  6 04:58:40 2016</log>
        </timer>
        to see if developers can implement soft thanks.

          hi fogo,
          switch to channel should work for you, just set a timer to switch to your chosen channel and shutdown the box via GUI.
          It does NOT work if you use a command like shutdown -h sent to the box through network/telnet or something like this. The timer list is processed while shutting down by GUI and advises the box to wake up after calculated time.

            thanks SoLaLa,

            exact, the idea is to use a shutdown -h command (either do so from the shutdown menu Titan..) then do a reactivation of the box. I do so in e2.

            In these box it is much better to do this before using a direct reboot.

            all came because looking software outputs log was clear:
            Code:
            [NAVIGATION] DEEPSTANDBY-WORKAROUND FOR USE THIS BOXTYPE

              You should not use the shutdown command, the right way in TitanNit is to use the runlevels (init 0 for shutdown) or to make use of the htmlapi command.
